Heritage Dinner in Bendigo at Balgownie Estate Winery Restaurant
Celebrate Balgownie Estate’s 50th anniversary of winemaking history as one of the pioneers of commercial winemaking. Discover the history of Bendigo’s oldest working winery with displays of past winemaking machinery and footage of yesteryear as we showcase 50 years of operation.
Enjoy a 3-course dinner menu specially curated by Head Chef, Travis Rodwell showcasing traditional cooking techniques in a menu inspired by heritage breeds and heirloom vegetables. Guest will enjoy shared plates of, ‘Everything Wagyu’ slow-roasted rump, Yapunyah meadow grazed chicken, a pork tasting board and a selection of decadent classic desserts for the final course.
Heritage Dinner in Bendigo is part of Uncorked Week– an entire week of wine and food events in Bendigo’s historic landmarks.
